What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy is a powerful yet light touch manual therapy. Our therapists are able to palpate and often release restrictions to the craniosacral system, which encompasses the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Imbalances are created by restrictions, many of which result from the affects of cumulative physical or emotional stress, physical injury, birth trauma, neurological conditions, and other environmental influences.
CranioSacral Therapy was theorized and developed by Dr. John E. Upledger, and helps alleviate a wide range of illness, pain, and dysfunction including:
Migraine Headaches
Chronic Neck and Back Pain
Motor-Coordination Impairments
Colic
Autism

Scoliosis
Infantile Disorders
Learning Disabilities
Chronic Fatigue

Fibromyalgia and other Connective-Tissue Disorders
Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ)

What is Holistic Health?
Holistic health care encompasses every aspect of daily life. Nutrition, sleep, exercise, environmental demands, body-mind awareness and emotional balance concerns are all addressed when observing life holistically.
We offer a wide range of natural, therapeutic supports and products that concentrate first on your health. Secondly, we focus on your home environment, community, family, friends, and lastly, the earth. We are aware that accessing the tools necessary to accomplish this holistic health approach can be somewhat inconvenient. That is why we research our products conclusively and work with those companies that share our philosophies.
Not all remedies and health care products are the same. We take pride in offering therapeutic grade nutritionals, botanicals, natural remedies and home health products that meet our standards.
